Love this movie. The story takes you through time, I can recall the fashion and trends as the years funnel in. The movie does a great job at encapsulating this. The plot had me convinced until the truth came out. I woke up this morning thinking about this, I felt I was truly witnessing these people. I highly recommend this film, especially to people who have experienced foster homes and or being apart of the system. Writhe easy it's remarkably moving. The awards are rightfully given..

Incredible acting from everyone, especially Teyana Taylor. The sound mixing was a little off at times but overall a really strong film.

Well acted film. Interesting film of a mother and her son.

The storyline is a reality and the courage for the mother/father roles. How they both wanted their foster son to succeed in life and the systemic racism that you will endure and how to become an achiever in life in spite of the hardships.
