Fun engaging story that has good character development and people we actually care about. A good monster who isn’t ruined by CGI and a fun movie experience. It can’t escape some of the basic tropes and formulaic set ups but does them well enough to earn your enjoyment. Nothing groundbreaking but a solid fun ride.

It's a good horror movie, albeit a bit predictable. Their expectation for beating this thing seemed foolishly optimistic, since it doesn't need much to transfer between houses, and it seems to exist in more than one location at a time.

A great horror movie without all of the unnecessary gore that a lot of horror movies tend to have nowadays. Lots of suspense. \r\rIs it a little unrealistic? Yes, but this is not meant to be a documentary. I found it thoroughly enjoyable.

I LOVED that it wasn't your typical "horror" movie. It was suspenseful and terrifying. we jumped several times.
