Imagine if Glee were on Wish. A long, silly music video of songs we’re already tired of. Some parts are fun and the tongue-in-cheek silliness is enjoyable, particularly Pierce Brosnan’s performance. Though I spent some time wondering if Idina Menzel lost a bet…\r\rThe bruise from being smacked over the head with the female empowerment agendas like a bad after school-special is fading.

I really enjoyed the film and the spin on the original story resulting in this more independent version of Cinderella. Really enjoyed the fairy Godmother. And I also liked the attempt to soften the step-mother by sharing her history. I did think, however, there were just a few too many songs and the dance numbers were a little "high school musical" like. Could have been amped up a bit.

Don't care for the music. Story line was turned upside-down in that the\rcharacters in the movie promote a different message from the traditional fairy tale.
