Subtitles were hard to follow but Sandra Bullock was amazing. Confused why they were wearing heavy clothes down South.

I would give this movie a C rating. Sandra and Billy Bob were good, but the movie did not allow them to display their normal talent.

Fun movie to watch on one side, but shows the reality of latin american countries.You can see the protagonist debating from his moral to winning at any cost.

Having been in Bolivia during a national election, I can say it captures the street-feel of such events.
