Another great Clint Eastwood film. The only questionable issue I have is the use of the actual people involved in the event. They were not actors and it showed. But, I applaud Mr. Eastwood’s courage and the courage of the cast for doing this. I think it showed great respect to those who were there to actually let them re-enact the event.

Even knowing the ending from the news of the event a few years ago, the quiet strength of the leads and their childhood makes it all the more poignant to see the true life heroes portrayed themselves in the film.

You have to go into the movie knowing that there are no famous people. It was an excellent biography about events that happened prior to the train trip.
