Long and slow moving

I was excited to see this movie because of the premise. However, the actual film was very slow and really only featured the cast talking to one another. I understand that it hit on important topics like racism but it wasn't done in an interesting way. I'm not sure how this can be improved.

Educational about the concern Malcomb X had and how he wanted to fix the black situation. I personally feel the black community is lacking support from all the black superstars that have made it(nfl players, nba baseball, entertainers, etc) and including a black president of USA.
