It a feel good movie overall. Has good humor at intervals but most of the story line is predictable except for the senior intern

Three and a half stars - it was sweet!

Robert De Niro was well cast as the titular intern, and the movie was an enjoyable two hours, particularly the interchanges between De Niro and the younger interns. But overall the film's plot was a bit too formulaic and predictable.
