I enjoyed the movie because it was a well written script and kept you on the edge of your seat for the whole movie. As well, it only harkened back to The Shining not using it as the basis for Doctor Sleep which was a full story on its own. Good, exciting movie.

Good movie

Not my usual type of movie but I enjoyed this one...kept my interest from beginning to end. Scary, but not too scary, and lots of plot twists.

Great psychological thriller with some genuinely creepy moments, and character development, which is rare for the genre.
