I wasn’t able to watch it due to the sound not being synced with the movie. It wasn’t even close to being synced.

I was not able to watch it as I initially logged on to the screening link from my mobile phone - thinking I could switch it either to my desktop or my tv screen. But l was unable to do so as the error message said I was already "logged on" on another device. Movies like this (the blue angels) needs to be seen on big screens, not mobiles, and Amazon should allow us to do that. As a long time (Prime) customer and shareholder it is super disappointing that this experience was unavailable on the big screen. Its definitely below the standard that Amazon tries to adhere to.

Unfortunately, I was unable to have the time available to watch. Therefor I cannot give a review.

I couldn't watch it because the AmazonPrimeVideoApp on the TV didn't sync with Amazon Studios.Looks like it's Amazon but obviously not. It was working only on the phone. So I don't thing an IMAX movie was designed to be watched in such a small screen. It was also hard to find on AmazonPrimeVideo App, terrible app by the way. It's slow, clunky and confusing. The catalog is really bad and once you find something decent, it's always not included and you have to pay.I think you can do better job Amazon. Listen more your developers and users.I'm sure the movie is amazing but you ruined my experience.
