It seems the film keeps on repeating itself over the 90+ minutes. I think it is due to poor editing and not having a good script to tell the entire story. Focus too much on "Boss" and not on the entire team.

We had high hopes for this documentary. Unfortunately, it felt more like a long recruitment ad.
