It was boring at times and dragged for to long. Phoenix played one hell of a role as the joker that's the only reason why I gave this film 3 stars

This movie has got great act and concept but it is definitely not for everyone. For person like my spouse she got stressed and anxiety after watching this. If o are person okay with drama based on bad life situations and sadness then only watch it.

There’s a difference between sympathizing with a villain and understanding a villain. You’re meant to feel bad about Arthur/Joker and understand why he does what he does and becomes what he becomes. Okay, cool...but you also have to have the protagonist. Someone who proves that the villain is wrong, and that there is a better way. The Dark Knight pulled this off. Joker had no protagonist,No Batman
