It's rare to see a movie headlined by child actors in which they behave like actual children their age would. It was refreshing to see such a realistic portrayal of adolescence in a family friendly way, and the cast -- from top to bottom -- was outstanding.

Great adaptation of the classic book. Took me seamlessly back in time. The actors jelled well to tell this story of my childhood!

What a fun movie to see for a mother-daughter outing! I also appreciated how true it stayed to the book in plot and characterization.
