Charming coming of age film.

Very cute story. Not sure if this can be marketed though to get a big audience but anyone seeing it won't be disappointed.

The music was great. For 80's kids the references to our favorite bands and videos were fun. The back to the future references were amusing to those of us who understand them. This could be a really great movie for a new generation of kids. It's not tawdry and violent or total fantasy. Sometimes we need to be reminded that dreams can inspire and motivate us to overcome.

Very entertaining! Great music and good story line. Sort of a G rated Saturday Night Fever with music instead of dancing. I enjoyed it!
