Benicio del Toro was fantastic as always. Not too crazy about Emily Blunt's performance, however. Movie was intense. I recommend it.

On the edge of my seat, not knowing what to expect. Very harsh, but believable. the mood in the theater was solemn. Thank God we live in the USA.

This movie has a slow burn that continues to escalate in intensity through the film. Sicario has a solid cast with Del Torro being the most compelling, but Blunt holds her own every step of the way. The movie has the feel of the best villeneuve films. Although the movie doesn't give the payoff I expected it gave me an ending I can appreciate.

Very intense movie. Could have done a better job of rolling out the plot earlier in the movie so the watcher is not lost but I understand that the idea was to create more suspense.
