Joaquin was excellent, but I didn't like the movie at all. The premise that he is supposed to be the Joker, it didn't work for me. It felt shoehorned, along with Gotham and the Waynes (DC Comics as a whole really,) into a screenplay that was about a guy losing his mind, while finding himself at the same time. I'd post more, but I think it would veer too much into spoiler territory.
