Unable to rate. It wouldn't play past the intro

While this documentary isn't very attractive to someone like me who didn't grow up under her influence, it tells her story from a private and personal perspective, especially she and her family (both as a mom and a daughter), and by herself with exuberance for life and for music.

It was a nice concert movie. Not super exciting.

It was ok, but it seemed like she was kinda acting a bit for the camera. She did show great love for her husband and children, but it just didn’t seem right that she dragged the kids to her practices and shows. I understand that as a mother she does want her family with her, but like every working mom we don’t take our children to work with us all day & night! I could see her taking them once in a while, especially since she had her husband that could have stayed at home with kids. So that’s part of why I was uneasy watching this film, I felt bad for her children having to be with all adults.
