Wow! I was prepared to be underwhelmed because I feel like Liam Neeson has been playing the same character since Taken 1. However, Run All Night sucked me in from the beginning. Joel Kinnaman was pure gold, and Ed Harris is still on top of his game.

So I thought this was going to be a bad cash play by the studios. But it's not just another Taken flick. It's good.

Run All Night was entertaining and action packed... but if you've seen any of the Taken trilogy... it's nothing you haven't seen before. It is what we expect of a Liam Neeson movie - but I'm not complaining. Well done.

It's like getting hit by a truck: extremely intense movie not for the faint-hearted. It runs high on violence but also on raw and powerful emotions between a father and son and between lifelong friends who get cought on a destructive path. The kind of movie that leaves you scarred but brings you a deeper understandind of what friendship, honour mean.
