I believe they were trying to get to the spirit of the first Pirates, good action, for the most part it worked...But it seemed a bit tired, might be time to put the series to rest, the way it ended nicely

visuals are nice but the story lacks heart

For kids it is alright, not a lot or any laughs for adults...maybe one...way to long...shorter is always better...special effects were interesting.

It was ok. a bit predictable but would probably be entertaining for younger crowds.
