Very interesting, good moral to story.

It's pretty much more of the same. Not necessarily bad, as the saying goes; if it ain't broke, don't fix it. Would have benefit more to have something in its heart a critical lesson that the world nowadays should learn.

Like most animated sequels, content to largely remake the first film while introducing a few more characters and settings to keep things fresh; for this franchise, it also means updating the social commentary to make sure the kiddies learn about gentrification and racial profiling. Metaphor is actually more coherent this time around, if just as heavy-handed, and the mystery is decently compelling.
