As expected great visual effects and for the most part follows the book. A great movie to bring the family to, although there are some scarier moments for very younger viewers. You can tell that Disney has made an effort to be inclusive and promote ethnic minoroties with this film, which is nice. The movie also promoted feminist empowerment while at the same time showing the characters weakness.

Good for mid teens ,but found it had holes in plot .How did boy an nd father get back when they were separated from brother and sisrer.

Don't expect too much. Good message. Execution is well. But the story lacks oomph. They could have done it better.

Le film est visuellement bien fait, mais le jeu des acteurs est "trop" enfantin pour un sujet pseudo-scientifique. Difficile d'Embarquer complètement dans le film avec des explications peu convaincantes.
