Loved it. Moving and funny. Loved so many of the actors!

I enjoyed the characters and the acting as well as the Southern scenes (I didn’t see much, if any NYC). Beth and Walid were my favorites! The story line was pretty much a standard formula for LGBT movies about family tension, coming out, and gaining acceptance. So, overall, I’d recommend it as good entertainment but not necessarily a movie that surprises or provides the viewer with new insights.

It was a warm, engaging film that made me teary eyed.
