I liked it way more than I expected. Based on the title/bio it didn't seem like something I'd love but I was pleasantly surprised. The dialogue is really great. I liked the visuals and music. Seemed very Tarantino-esque. I liked the characters, especially the deaf guy. I was disappointed with how both of the female characters weren't as developed as the males. Definitely seemed underdeveloped and Debora's character seemed questionable. Also what was up with that 1 truck driver who chased 'em???

Innovative use of music. Great scene transitions. Fast paced for the most part. Nice little nods to other heist movies. I personally felt like the last part dragged on a little longer than I thought it would. Overall fun movie, ideal for a summer release. (3.75/5)

Typical movie plot- misunderstood, gifted boy caught up in the world of crime, falls in love and tries to escape. However, the movie was still exhilarating. The sound design was incredible. The chase scenes were well cut and adrenaline-pumping. Good use of humour, too. Not forced. Came in little moments.

Really fun and exciting from beginning to end. Wish it was more comedy and less action. A few times I couldn't get behind character motivations (Kevin Spacey helping Baby, Baby killing everyone without concern, Debora going with a criminal no problem) but the pros outweigh the cons. Great physical comedy as usual from Edgar Wright who keeps pumping out fantastic movies.
