Glad I stuck with this after the formulaic, predictable, and boring "The Golden Arm", because "Almost There" was great psychological suspense. Taissa Farmiga is believable and intense and the story is different and interesting. Held my attention all the way to the end. Perfectly crafted and timed to hook you, lock you, and leave you satisfied at the end. Makes it worth searching for another gem.

Awesome mini series of scary stories!! This is perfect for Halloween or for Friday/Saturday night horror movies. It’s gory and scary and definitely not PG 13. It’s R rated for a reason. Even I had to cover my eyes and scream! Brings back memories of twilight zone.
