Tis the season for creepy/scary/make you jump movies...and this one doesn't let you down! It has a good story that I suppose you could call "plausible" for this movie genre. Although it was predictable, it was still entertaining. Kudos to Countdown!!!! I've already told people to go watch it!

It was an overall pleasurable experience watching this film. As an avid movie goer and fan of horror/supernatural films, I enjoyed the plot they tried to develop over the course of the run time. However, being a bit older it felt very reminiscent of other horror films either as paying homage or ripping the premise to apply it to a new tech age for the youth of this generation i.e. ( exorcist, paranormal activity, house on haunted hill). I thought it had some good exciting moments to make your heart race but besides that the plot felt a bit generic and the intro of the film felt predictable and expected with the teens at the house party and partially fictitious. It was an average attempt to provide shock value and the ending clearly implied there will be a sequel so perhaps there can be more backstory to develop the understanding of the creature haunting these individuals using the app to add more to the story and make for an overall better story similar to the mummy franchise.

I thought it was pretty cool and up with our time of things, kind of reminded me of final destination a bit

It wasn’t as scary as I thought it was going to be but overall it was a good movie . It has some warmth scenes some funny and twist scenes to the story line.
