It was trying to be the Fighter and it just wasn't. Was a cheap knock off.

It was a little slow moving, but overall an inspirational story, plus when they showed the fights in the ring, they didn't really show many hits or action, I was expecting a little more excitement.

Though based on a true atory, the storyline as written is unfortuately quite boring.

It was just ok. It seemed like some things were cut out of the movie to make it shorter. And some scenes that could have been more meaningful weren't.
