It's a well shot movie with great acting from everyone. The musical elements are preformed well and at first were interesting but became distracting because of how abruptly they happened, and some of them were too long. The musical numbers would've been a more effective story-telling and visual treat if there were less of them, and it'd tighten up the film's flow and runtime. Seeing how Joker's mind works and how his actions affected people was great to watch, especially during the courtroom scenes. With so much going on stylistically it feels unfocused.

I expected more action. Did not like the ending.

Both are great actors and pretty good story but it is missing action. It is more a musical movie.

I want others to see the movie because I really want to critique it. The film focuses solely on Joker's trial, and I would’ve liked to see more. For a movie set in a few locations, it feels too long, causing the audience to lose focus. I imagined Harley Quinn crazier and more in love, but she seems like just a supporter. Watching Joaquin Phoenix’s acting was amazing, but Lady Gaga’s Harley Quinn wasn’t crazy enough. The costumes, makeup, cinematography, and music were well done.
