What a Love Story....

Incredibly constructed and acted. The editing, directing,score and set design were all phenomenal.

A masterpiece of cinematic architecture, "The Phantom Thread"'s technical accomplishments are as satisfying and elegant as the film's insights into passion, adoration, obsession, and, finally, Commitment. Boasting detailed and textured performances, a glorious score and not a little humor, the film demands to be seen on the big screen!

Sumptuous fabrics, beautiful cinematography, quiet emotional intensity with a dash of genius and humor between characters...what isn’t to love about this film? A very unique love story with a nod to the golden age of hand made, tailored, decadent fashion houses. An old movie formula of the fresh faced and at face value simple young woman falling into a new world and stirring up the decidedly tightly ruled routine and life of an older man, but with an unprecedented more modern twist that you might find almost a bit Hitchcock. Still a lovely drama with a happy ending.
