The film was sad & I cried, but it made a lot of sense at the end. It was a great movie. Conner should win an Oscar. He is a great actor. I recommend to family and friends to watch this movie. Thank you Casper :)

Beautifully dark and moving, I wish more family oriented movies dealt heavy subjects like this - life is not all about laughing

A Monster Calls was very good. While somewhat dark and sad, it is a tale that anyone who has suffered the loss of a loved one can relate to.

Constructed exceptionally. One of the best, well thought-out, heartfelt kids movies that I've ever seen. And one of the best and realistic movies that I've seen dealing with death. I can't rate this movie highly enough
