An amazing piece of cinema. On par with a Branagh Shakespeare adaption using imagery and cinematography in lieu of William's prose. Truly a work of art and worthy of seeing again.

The Northman shows very accurate scandinavian life and the belief system they had. The visuals were fantastic, with many times the quiet stillness in contrast to the graphic violence. This movie will wow anyone.
