The movie aims to be a relatable story of cross-cultural interactions, the experiences of middle-aged womanhood, and the difficulties of navigating a new country when your appearance doesn't allow you to fit in.Instead, it feels like a very uninventive series of jokes that are pasted together around a flimsy metaphor. Performances are decent, but the script lets them down.
