Women seem to always get the blame or credit for the actions, bad or good of men. Many women have thought why is there a double standard with rape. Why is it always the woman who gets torn apart? Assassinated character? Why does alcohol in women mean they were "asking for it", but not. in men? Tough story to sit through, Revenge can be sweet, even if you end up dying for it.The acting was Superb, as well as the story telling. The juxtaposition of old and stuck verses new and forward was a telling story all by itself. Does anyone ever actually forget what hurts to your core?

It is a captivating film that greatly tackles the issue of sexual assault and rape culture. Great writing and acting. I would definitely recommend it others. The only issue with this movie is that there are not enough people of color in this movie, even if it is a small cast there should be more representation as women of color also face these issues and exist in this world. But overall, it is an amazing film.

Lots of twists and turns. I initially thought Cassie was some type of vampire, lol. But of course, it quickly became clear that she was seeking revenge. I did not expect the ending, at all. Overall 5 stars, kept me in suspense and glued to the screen.

I loved this movie. What a wild ride.
