Hilarious film that pokes fun at the world of superheroes. Perfectly captures the playful innocence and naïveté of a teenage boy given the power of the gods.

It hit just about every note right. I loved the focus on Billy and his foster family, and the general themes about family. It had heart, excitement, and humor. The pacing never skipped a beat. Absolute joy to watch. One of the best most wholesome superhero movies I've ever seen, evoked old "child suddenly thrust into a magical situation" movies like page master, labyrinth, neverending story.
