This movie absolutely broke my heart. I would totally recommend it. My heart ached for Tami and Richard the entire time. I was there praying they find help. Then for Tami to not give up. It was an emotional ride. The movie producers and directors did a great job with the movie, starting with the cast. They were fantastic. Also in only an hour and a half we were able to see this amazing love develop between two people that fit so well together. Had me cheering for them. Then the storm hit. And the wreck. The struggle. It was all so devastating. Seeing the determination turn to desperation to defeat to finally be saved. I cried when she bit into the apple. The ending of her letting the flower and ring go into to the ocean was so poetic it had me in tears again. I loved that they floated away. As if to find Richard. It was an incredible movie.

Great movie. Acting was superb and believable. There are some parts that may not align perfectly with the book; but , overall, the movie grabs your attention from beginning to end. The transitions in the movie were great as it appropropriately decreased the intensity of the movie in high intensity scenes. I also appreciated the lack of language and profanity which is never needed in any good movie- or any movie at all.
