It's funny! The acting and wardrobe was great!

This film was so much fun! I loved all the references to the novel and the use of various 80s elements to reflect the novel was so creative, and the soundtrack was FANTASTIC (the end credits song is one of my favorites from my favorite band ever, so it really was the cherry on top). Great script by Diablo Cody and great directorial debut for Zelda Williams! The thing that impressed me the most was how the actors spoke in a cadence and with a parlance that matches the decade (a problem with many period films but not here).

Absolutely delightful movie! Nice balance of comedy and tenderness. Enjoyed the characters and story so much that I'll most likely see Lisa Frankenstein again in upcoming week or two.

The movie was very retro, enjoyed the 80s vibes and the story. The Director did an amazing job, and the actors were amazing.
