Started out really slow. Had some good intriguing, intense moments, but was waiting for a climax but never came. Ending was disappointing. Left feeling confused with questions and no resolve with main character and those involved with him. Never read the book.

Terrible and slow. The book was good but horribly slow... and yet once you got past 5000000 descriptions of antiques you could see the point of the book and appreciate it. The movie on the other hand was a drag..... bored out of my brains. Didn’t do a good job of telling the basic story from the book. Let’s face it movies are never as good as the books but this one deserves two thumbs down!
