This film was a relatable comin of age story with the right pace and perfect sense of humor. Strong performances, and every mother should take their daughters from ages 9 to 99 to see this film.

Solid script with good humor. Audience was laughing. Well cast & good acting by the kids. Nice diversity and discussion of topics without the trend of being over-the-top woke. Good pacing, and also good that it avoided the trend of being longer than 2 hours. Good 70s costumes and set design - except for the Mom's fright wig. What was up with that?! Overall, a solid night at the movies,
