It was the traditional good cop vs bad cop movie. A lot of gun violence no actual good fight scenes. It showed the beauty of New York City which hasn't been really shown since 911 being that the twin towers are gone. Chadwick Boseman struggled to maintain a New York accent.

There was OK but it's more of A TV movie to me

Action packed film. Keeps you in suspense!

Although I found the film to be exciting, the plot was too obvious including what might have been thought to be a surprise ending. There wasn’t anything innovative or “new” about it. The fact that they closed off Manhattan island (and hence the film’s title) did not play heavily into the manhunt of the killers; instead it was more of a gimmick.
