It just a great movie. It shows how some people can be cruel to others when they are different. Once they get to know them, they have a different opinion. It’s heart touching. I definitely loved it.

CODA provides a heartwarming look at a close knit family in a small fishing community. The families deafness unites them and also divides them as their hearing daughter is hiding a love of singing. The daughter feels torn between helping her family and seeking her own path. A beautiful coming of age story about love, family and overcoming.

This movie is heartfelt and gives a viewer a glimpse into the struggles and sacrifices associated with a disability and the impact it has on the entire family. Viewers will be captivated and will have their heartstrings pulled as you watch the family overcome discrimination and the struggles to grow independently from what you may be dealt growing up.

It was delightful. Laughed, cried and cheered Ruby on in her quest to fulfill her passion while stilll feeling compassion and being torn by her obligation to her Family. Highly recommed it for all ages. We can all use a good reminder of following our dreams and being connected to those we love.
