This film was very energetic, hilarious and just overall blast to watch. The way it played around with the action to go along with the rhythm of the music worked really well and elevated what would've been a fairly standard plot. The only minor hiccups I'd say are how ridiculous and absurd things get towards the end that stretch your suspension of disbelief. Also while the ending manages to stick the landing it does lose a bit of steam and ends with less energy than I would've expected.

Lots of twists, tons of action, strong pace, comedic relief, and significant character depth and development. Believable, enjoyable, entertaining, engaging, and climatic.

Baby Driver is everything you expect an Edgar Wright movie to be. Fantastic visceral action, great cast, funny and witty dialogue and so much more. There are however a couple of problems I had with the movie, which don't quite allow me to put it on the level of the Cornetto Trilogy and Scott Pilgrim. Nevertheless, the positives far outweigh those negatives in a movie that once again proves that Edgar Wright is one of the most exciting filmmakers working today.

Great movie! Definitely recommending it to friends and family to see it in theaters in June.
