We loved it! It was a great story with some funny humor. I salute this guy.

I loved this movie! I can't wait to watch it again. The characters were believable and the acting was moving. Special effects were incredible but I wouldn't recommend for children due to the gruesome images and violence. Such an amazing story!!

I am generally not one for war movies, and I have to admit this one is particularly (realistically) gruesome. Despite that I found myself completely enthralled by the action scenes, jumping out of my seat and worried for the young soldiers as they moved through the inexplicably terrifying battlefield. However my heart was with Andrew Garfield as a young Desmond Doss; a man of morals and bravery.

Excellent movie. War movies is not a genre I usually prefer but this movie was much more than that. Great cast. Wonderful story that incorporated faith, commitment and a some comedy.
