This sounds amazing. Aside from telling an original, historically significant story from an authentic (albeit fictionalized) perspective, maybe it will close the lid on the silly modern suggestion that women stick to women and men stick to men as subjects. Not to mention that other, even sillier suggestion that Diversity is something that isn't cinematically relevant unless it's shoved into a rubber muscle suit for an action schlockbuster.

Very well written, the sequencing and storyboarding were placed thoughtfully enough to flow from one event to the next without causing the acts to be jumbled together, and the portrayal of the various roles were accurate and believable, notably the roles of Cassius & Malcolm. Those who’d never gotten to see Sam Cooke outside of performing were given an intimate invitation to his mannerisms, and Aldis Hodge showed his versatility and range with his role as Jim Brown. I would definitely watch this again, and Kleenex are needed for Sam’s closing performance. A must-see!

Great film adaptation of the play (although I had not seen the play), but now I really want to. ALthough is a fictional meeting, the topics they discuss and how relevant they are to today's events is remarkable.\r\rThe acting of these four actors is superb! The direction and production is great. I recommend it! Thanks for the chance to view it before it comes out on Prime Video.
