A refreshing change from super hero movies. This movie transports your back in time to a simpler way of life and yet deals with subject matter that is still relevant today. Great acting and superb direction make this film a solid choice for the holiday season.

Little Women is a delightful theatrical rendition of the timeless classic novel of the same name and a poignant reminder of the true meaning of Christmas.Saoirse Ronan gives her all in a standout performance from amongst a very talented cast. Beautiful cinematography, art direction and wardrobe transport the viewer to a magical place previously only imagined from the wonderful writing of Louisa May Alcott. I was deeply moved.
