A prequel to a prequel shouldn't be this good. It's a good old-fashioned horror movie. The story was well executed. Not a ton of "plot holes" that are typically found in scary movies. The music score was perfectly executed; executed so well that music wasn't used in many scenes to throw the viewer off & add to the suspense

Very scary, it wasnt quite as good as the original conjuring film, but just as good as the second and 1000x better than the first Annabelle. Very excited for the conjuring universe going forward!

Made me jump several times!

The movie had a larger build up then most scary movies. It had a lot of suspense and classic "don't go in there" moments which left you anxious and scared. The graphics were amazing as the demon looked so real. I found the two girls with the smaller roles to be unnecessary as they contributed nothing to the story. The end was a little confusing but overall a good scary movie in the series.
