Enjoyable boxing movie, with a gritty, sometimes neo-realistic directorial touch (natural lighting is this director's best friend). Great performances from Eckart & Teller & Hinds.

I gave this movie 3 stars.This Movie was a very powerful story ... Intense, funny had me on the edge of my seat through out the entire movie. The theater could have done better with the surround sound , but I think over all I would recommend this movie to friends.

Inspiring but the story-telling is overall a bit bland.
