"Goldfinch" was the film I was most excited to see this fall, having read and really liked the book. I was very disappointed in the film--the acting was not very good, both of the Russian accents were flat and inauthentic (I'm a native speaker of Russian) and the movie was too long, yet left out key parts. I'm glad this was a free preview or I would have felt I wasted my money.

It was incredibily slow especially the first half of the movie, it got interesting in the second half but didn't think the end was realistic

This movie was too long and did too much jumping back and forth in time. I did like the way characters came in and out of each others' lives.
