It was kind of slow, and the way that the time line jumped around was a little confusing at times. While her life was amazing, I think the movie would have been better if it had just focused on one or two specific events from her life instead of trying to cram them all in. Because so much was thrown in, it felt like there was a shallowness to the story telling. On the other hand, her story is extremely fascinating, and this movie did make me want to do some research on her to find out more about her life in detail. The actors did a great job though!

It was interesting to know a basic history of Marie Curie and her work. However it did not seem to delve deeply enough into the opposition she truly faced as a female scientist. The jumps to Chernobyl, though linked, seemed odd and out of place

I enjoyed the subject matter but felt it was a bit dragged out and anti-climatic.

The movie itself was very well made and was reflective of the times, though I was hoping for a little bit more action or drama. It mostly circled around her personal life, with only brief snippets of her actual work in the lab and explaining what they found to colleagues, and then about the situation around winning her 2 Nobel prizes. I realize this was likely more true to the story than most bio movies, but a little bit more artistic license could have been taken to make it more fun to watch. More visual effects could've been used to embellish on her lab work. Could've been way better IMO.
