Great and realistic movie, very moving.

Such a fantastic film in all aspects, cinematography, acting, design, writing, SYMBOLISM! Wonderful.

This is an emotive film that slowly shows viewers the trials and tribulations of a loving family in the 15th century through the characters of William Shakespeare and Agnes (aka Anne Hathaway). One should not expect a plot-driven film, but rather an better understanding of relationships, grief, and love through masterful actors and actresses in this film. The stellar performances given by Jennie Buckley and Paul Mescal deserve recognition.

That was such an intimate and raw portrayal of life that it felt almost intrusive. The acting was incredible. The framing of scenes and videography was beautiful.
