Loved it - nicely done.

Excellent performances. Smart direction from Gomez-Rejon that was sprinkled with homages to great filmmakers but there was a unique sensibility all his own. Good shift between comedy and tragedy. Many inventive moments throughout, as well as several affecting ones. Also, I will be seeking out the soundtrack.

I really enjoyed the film, it captured the essence of adolescence without relying on overdone teen themed tropes. Plenty of laughs and tears were experienced.

Me and Earl and the Dying Girl was like a cross between Perks Of Being A Wallflower and The Fault In Our Stars. I liked the animal metaphor animation and thought it was pretty funny. It was a sad tale that doesn't leave you feeling depressed but bitterweet for a lack of a better word. Great movie! Thank you for the screening!
