I feel the movie picked up half way towards the end. It could have been funnier and better. It not memorable or a future film.

An action-packed Christmas movie with many humorous sequences, but not quite sure who it's target audience is supposed to be. As a family movie, some parts may be too intense for younger kids, but tweens and teens will love it. The CGI is awesome. There's a lot of action, and some really funny parts (loved the chicken!). This movie is pure escapism, sort of like a roller coaster ride. Just go in and enjoy!

I would recommend this movie to a family with children that are at least 9 years old. It is odd that it has a PG-13 rating. I think they could have tried harder to cut some of the language, use more fun creative language, and get it to a PG rating.

I think it makes a very good Christmas movie. it entertains some of the mythology and it’s a bunch of action.
