Big fans of Will Ferrell and Jamie Foxx, for me the vocal performances just wasn't engaging enough to carry the film. I thought the dog animation was well done, but overall just a bit too dull and plain, felt more like a dog tv show from my childhood. Felt a bit too cute for a movie that clearly wasn't targeted for kids. I found myself really craving for the human performers throughout the film.

There are a few funny moments, but not that many. I found myself a little disturbed with the bunny dissembling scenes and the scenes where the guy tried to hit the dogs with the bat.

Movie had some funny moments but not my ideal type of humor (corny).

This movie was too raunchy for me. But, I did admire the fact that it had the courage of its convictions, like the films "Dumb & Dumber" and "There's Something About Mary." If gross-out, over-the-top comedies are more your thing, then it's OK. I also like the fact that Jamie Foxx, Randall Park, and Sofia Vergara make this one of the most ethnically inclusive movies that I've seen so far this year.
